Rafi Khan is an Indian film, theatre, and television actor, writer, and director known for his versatility and dedication to the performing arts. Born in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and originally hailing from Shahabad, District Hardoi, he is professionally active in Mumbai, where he continues to work across films, theatre productions, and creative projects. With a career spanning stage and screen, Rafi Khan has earned recognition for his natural performances, emotional depth, and commitment to meaningful storytelling.
He has appeared in a variety of film and theatre projects, including lead roles in the feature film Adhinayak, the short film Hi Stranger alongside acclaimed actor Pankaj Tripathi, The Interview, and the upcoming film Maila (Excreta) written and directed by Aditya Om. He also featured in the music video album Chambal Song, sung by Dr. Ghazal Srinivas, a three-time Guinness World Record holder.
As the founder of Actor's Theatre, Rafi Khan has actively contributed to the promotion of theatre arts and the development of emerging talent. His work reflects a deep commitment to storytelling, character exploration, and meaningful artistic expression.

अशफ़ाक उल्ला खां - द हीरो ऑफ काकोरी अशफाक उल्ला खां की ज़िंदगी पर आधारित उर्दू भाषा का ये नाटक लिखने में मुझे लगभग 1 साल का वक्त लगा । ये एक साल का वक्त तब लगा जब उनका सारा डेटा मेरा पास मौजूद था.. बहुत से किताबें उनकी जिंदगी पर लिखी गई है लेकिन लिखा सिर्फ वही गया है जो अशफ़ाक उल्ला खां ने अपनी कलम से लिखा था उसी को कहीं ज़बान बदलकर, कहीं शब्द बदलकर, कहीं अंदाज बदलकर पेश किया जाता रहा है.. बहुत से रिसर्चर से भी मिला या यूं कहूं कि कई रिसर्चर मेरे दोस्त हैं जो शहीदों और क्रांतिकारियों पर शोध कर रहे हैं, कोई phd कर रहा है तो कोई अपने स्तर के गुमनाम क्रांतिकारियों को ढूंढने का काम कर रहा है.. ख़ैर ! उन्हीं में से एक मेरे दोस्त है डॉ शाह अलम राणा जब पहले उनसे कहा की हम दोनों मिलकर इस नाटक को लिखते है तो उन्होंने कहा कि खान साहब आप अकेले लिखिए आप लिख सकते हैं क्योंकि आप रंगमंच से जुड़े हुए है.. शुरुआत में डेटा पास में था कई किताबें पढ़ी जो अशफाक उल्ला खां पर आधारित थीं और उनकी डायरी और उनके द्वारा लिखे ख़त भी पढ़े.. यहां एक बात बता देना बहुत ज़रूरी है कि एक मरतबा अशफ़ाक भाई ( शही...
